Overview
A private notebook that keeps notes and tasks in a local SQLite file, with capture and boards that stay within reach instead of living behind the editor window.
The hard part
Running one SvelteKit route as five window roles: workspace, dock, desktop-locked kanban, and on-demand note and task windows, while all of them read and write the same local database.
The approach
Windows load the same route and branch on their role; the Rust side owns window lifecycle, global shortcuts, migrations, and the tray, while rune-based stores read and write SQLite through tauri-plugin-sql and fall back to seed content outside Tauri.
